Assistance from the beginning to the end of the event, including create event theme, room layout, manage RSVPs, vendors, guests, couple assistance, accommodations for couple/out-of-town guests, food/dessert selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, etc.
Note: Typically event planning does not include styling & decor or day-of coordination. However, here at DLED we can include styling & decor with planning. Ask for details.
Coordinate the details of your special day or event, guest management, program timeliness, vendor arrival & set-up, assist bride & groom/client needs, announcements, entertainment, and catering.
Manage the visual aspects of your event, including arrange seating; plan lighting; create floral & plant arrangements; and coordinate branding and graphic design.
